Repartee
Group Exhibition with Viva Hall and Sophie Spence

138 Gallery, Brunswick East Melbourne.
17.07.25 - 27.07.25

Repartee brings together three artists exploring improvisation as a methodology for artmaking.
Through speed and provisionality, the works in this show consider what it means to lean into experimentation, using materials close at hand and negating the notion of a predetermined outcome through an iterative approach. These works consider the value in the planning, the work in progress,
the marquette and the repartee between an artist, their work, their environment and each other.
